Our lambs are $6.00 per pound (plus cut & wrap) and our average hanging weight for whole animals is about 60 pounds, so a half is roughly 30 pounds. Our sheep are rotationally grazed and move to new pasture every day or so, and are butchered when their body condition is right, not by a certain date so that we get the best quality meat possible! This year we are anticipating a summer and a fall butcher date. Please indicate which date you would prefer.
