Our lambs are $6.00 per pound and our average hanging weight for whole animals is about 60 pounds, so a half is roughly 30 pounds. We will have two cut a wrap options (we are still working the specifics) but all will at least have a rack, loin, leg, ground and chops. Our sheep are rotationally grazed and move to new pasture every day or so, and are butchered when their body condition is right, not by a certain date so that we get the best quality meat possible!

We will be butching this fall most likely between Spetember and October to make sure that the lambs are finished and of the highest quality.
