Our lambs are $6.00 per pound and our average hanging weight for whole animals is about 60 pounds, so a half is roughly 30 pounds. We will have two cut a wrap options (we are still working the specifics) but all will at least have a rack, loin, leg, ground and chops. Our sheep are rotationally grazed and move to new pasture every day or so, and are butchered when their body condition is right, not by a certain date so that we get the best quality meat possible!

  • We will be butching this fall most likely between Spetember and October to make sure that the lambs are finished and of the highest quality.

    Shipping is unavilable for meat.
