Greek Lamb Tacos


1lb Coarse Ground Lamb

Greek Seasoning to Taste

1 cup shredded cabbage

1 small red onion

1 heirloom tomato

Tzatziki Sauce

1 cup Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup grated cucumber

1/2 tsp dill

1/2 tsp parsley

Salt & Pepper to taste

1 Tbls Lemon juice

1/2 Tbls olive oil


Brown the lamb in a pan over medium high heat with Greek seasonings and salt & pepper. Once cooked drain and sprinkle with a dash of salt. While lamb is cooking grate the cucumber and squeeze over the sink to get rid of excess moisture. Mix remaining sauce ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to use. Shred cabbage, slice tomato, and thinly slice onion. Assemble prepared ingredients in either a tortilla or pita. Enjoy!
