Ingredients:
1 Bell's Farm Pork Leg Roast (thawed)
1 onion chopped
2 large cloves garlic minced
2-3 large carrots
2 cups broth (any kind)
1/2 tsp salt and pepper (more or less based on personal taste)
1 tbl dried thyme
Directions:
Add your chopped carrots, onions, and garlic to the crock pot and cover with broth. Add your leg roast on top (fat side down) and season with salt, pepper, and time. Cover crock pot and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until fork tender
Gravy recipe:
Use the liquid left in the crock pot and strain out any leftover vegetables. Put liquid into a pot and add a slurry of 2 tbls corn starch and 1/4 cup water. Cook whisking consistently until it reaches your desired thickness.
Serve with carrots and garlic mashed potatoes
