$4.99/lb hanging weight plus butcher fees and possible delivery fees.  Average hanging weight is about 560 lbs for a whole. We custom butcher 10-15 beef per year and the deposit holds your spot for the next available butcher, We will let you know when your date is approaching with further instructions.
 
$250.00 deposit to reserve your animal which will be included in your overall fee.
 
Please specify if you'd like a whole, half, quarter, or eighth (cut options are standard at 1/8th and choices are very limited.)
