$4.99/lb hanging weight plus butcher fees.  Average hanging weight is about 600 lbs for a whole. We custom butcher 10-15 beef per year and the deposit holds your spot for the next available butcher, We will let you know when your date is approaching with further instructions.

$250.00 deposit to reserve your animal which will be included in your overall fee.
